STEP 1 — CHOOSE YOUR CONSULTATION
IN-PERSON CONSULTATION — $250
Meet with our team and Dr. Dave in person for a comprehensive consultation and discussion of your dental goals.
REMOTE CONSULTATION — $175
For patients who are traveling, live outside of the Atlanta area, or simply prefer to begin virtually.
A remote consultation allows our team to meet with you, discuss your goals, review available information, answer initial clinical questions, and provide a preliminary understanding of what your treatment may involve.
Important: A remote consultation does not replace an in-person clinical examination, diagnostic imaging, or X-rays. A definitive treatment plan and final treatment cost cannot be established until the necessary clinical diagnostics have been completed.

CONSULTATION POLICY
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
The consultation fee covers the time and professional evaluation involved in discussing your individual treatment needs and goals.
