Consultation Reservation Fees

In-person consultation — $250 reservation fee.
Virtual consultation — $175 reservation fee.

These reservation fees are non-refundable and are applied toward your smile makeover investment, subject to the practice’s applicable terms.

When your consultation is being scheduled, your patient concierge will review the reservation fee, answer additional financial questions, and explain what to expect during your consultation.
